Police in the Columbia Valley are looking into reports of several community mailboxes being broken into.
Columbia Valley RCMP officials said the incidents happened over the last week.
Police believe the suspects are looking for government cheques.
The investigation revealed a white four-door hatchback that may be related to the thefts.
