Another year is coming to a close for Kootenay-Columbia MP Rob Morrison.
Morrison hasn’t been happy with the NDP-Liberles and says their spending has gotten out of hand.
When you see the amount of money that the NDP-Liberals are spending, we’re in a world of hurt for a long time,” he said.
“Right now it doesn’t look like there’s any change until 2025. This government is bent on spending as much money, with a terrible GDP. We’re losing because we don’t have a strong economy. Why don’t we have a strong economy? Because we are not creating a country that is welcoming investments.”
One of the highlights this year for him was his work on the National Security and Intelligence Committee.
“I’m fortunate to be on a committee that deals with National security and intelligence,” Morrison added.
“It’s a non-biased, non-political and non-partisan committee that sits around a table, we discuss things that are national security related, top secret and try to help Canada do a better job when it comes to national security.”
