Shelby Lehmann completes Ironman Canada as the youngest triathlete

Shelby trained diligently long before turning 18 with a goal to complete the Ironman Canada Triathlon in Penticton. She did more than that. By Finishing the grueling race in under 12 hours, she earned herself a spot in the World Ironman Triathlon in Kona Hawaii. Here’s Shelby’s conversation on the 107.5 breakfast show.

Born and raised in the Kootenay’s, Dennis began his radio career in his hometown of Creston while in high-school. He spent close to 30 years in radio in the Okanagan, known there as “Penticton’s Man of the Year” in 2003 and was rated the South Okanagan’s “Most Popular Radio and TV Personality” in 2015 according to Okanagan Life Magazine.
