The City of Kimberley is urging residents to be extra cautious as the water levels in Mark Creek are very high.
City staff said you should avoid river or creek banks in the area.
You should also keep an extra close eye on children and pets.
Our region is under a high streamflow advisory, but that could be upgraded again due to hot temperatures starting this weekend which will heighten the snow melt.
