Cranbrook player signs with BCIHL team

Cranbrook’s Jordan Lario will be moving on from the KIJHL after signing with the Logan Lake Miners in the B.C. Intercollegiate Hockey League.

The Golden Rockets forward tallied 28 goals and 33 assists for 61 points in 44 games.

Lario said he was grateful for the time with the team but is excited to continue his education.

His coach said he was a big part of their team.

“I am excited to see him continue playing while pursuing an education. He will become a big asset to his new team based on his drive and skill set,” said Wight.

“Golden thanks him for his time here and wishes him all the best with this new chapter.”
