Fernie to host special budget meetings and open house

The City of Fernie will begin its 2025 budget process with a series of Special Budget Meetings followed by a public open house and input period.

The Special Budget Meetings will go ahead on January 30, February 4 and 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the Senior Citizen’s Drop-in Centre.

Residents are invited to join in person or watch online.

On February 19, an in-person open house will go ahead with city staff and council to present information about the proposed budget and major projects.

More details will be announced closer to the event date.
