A Kimberley resident nearly had an explosive start to their day on Friday when they spotted someone attempting to light fireworks under their vehicle.
Kimberley RCMP officials say a resident in Lower Blarchmont woke up on the morning of December 6 to someone trying to ignite the fireworks under their vehicle.
The suspect was last seen fleeing in an older red Camry-style sedan.
Police officials are asking anyone with information or surveillance footage of the suspect’s vehicle to come forward and report it to the Kimberley detachment.
