BC Conservatives candidate Scott McInnis claims victory in Columbia River-Revelstoke

The polls are now closed and BC Conservatives candidate Scott McInnis is the projected winner in Columbia River Revelstoke in the 2024 provincial election.
McInnis earned 48.1 per cent of the ballot, with BC NDP Andrea Dunlop coming in with 44.12 per cent of the vote.
“You’ve entrusted me with a great responsibility, one which I will take very seriously,” said McInnis.
“From day 1 my motivation has been to represent us all (whether you voted for me or not) and to bring tangible solutions to the challenges we face here collectively. Let’s put politics aside, embrace each other as proud citizens of Columbia River-Revelstoke above all else, and move forward collectively toward what we all want: A better future for our kids, shared prosperity, world-class services, and a brighter future all around.
Thank you for entrusting me, I promise I will do the absolute best job I can for you all. Thank you.”
Polling results as of election night can be found below:
  • Calvin Beauchesne – BC Green Party – 1,393 votes – 7.78%
  • Andrea Dunlop – BC NDP – 7,901 – 44.14%
  • Scott McInnis – BC Conservative Party – 8,614 – 48.11%
