Cranbrook seeking parental input on childcare

Parents and families in Cranbrook are asked to share their thoughts on the future of childcare in the community.

City officials said they are looking for feedback through a public survey to understand Cranbrook’s childcare needs.

“The survey is another opportunity to gather feedback, following initial engagement in 2020 to develop the Cranbrook Child Care Action Plan, and to ensure the community’s childcare needs have not dramatically changed over the past four years,” said city officials.

Results will be used to inform and confirm Cranbrook’s need for additional childcare spaces and give insight into the community’s demand for specific types of childcare.

Families, parents and those who will need childcare in the future can access the survey here or get a physical copy at City Hall.

The survey is available until Friday, July 5.
