BC Transit unveils new digital payment system

BC Transit is set to launch a new digital payment system in the West Kootenays and Cranbrook.

The new system, Umo (pronounced “you-mo”), will introduce contactless payments and other fare payment methods.

Once the program is launched, you will have the choice of using the Umo Mobility app or a reloadable card as your payment method.
