Invermere launches court usage survey

The District of Invermere wants to hear from residents on how its sports courts should be used.

District staff said there has been a growing demand for sports court space from different user groups.

The courts at Rotary Park are being repaired and resurfaced, while additional lines have been added to the Mount Nelson Athletic Park to support different sports.

The district is reviewing its existing drop-in days and times because there is a limited number of sports courts and play hours available.

Community input will help build a new recreational schedule.

Residents can voice their thoughts using the link below. The survey is open until May 8.
