Invermere residents can expect some road closures over the next few weeks as paving gets underway on Monday.
District of Invermere officials said paving for the new Athalmer Trails will start on April 15.
The next day paving will start along 7th Avenue and 12th Street and continue for around three weeks.

Additional paving will start on April 22 for a section of Pineridge Drive, 15th Avenue and the tennis courts near CPR Lodge.
No-parking signs will be posted in advance and residents are asked to pay extra attention to traffic pattern changes within the work areas.
