Suspect arrested for thrift store break and enter

A Kimberley man was arrested on Christmas Eve for a suspected break, enter and theft of a local thrift store.

Kimberley RCMP officials said the detachment responded to the call on Dec. 9, when a suspect broke into the Kimberley Health Care Auxiliary Thrift Shop.

The Forensic Identification Services was brought in to help the investigation.

RCMP officials said the 35-year-old Kimberley resident was arrested on Dec. 24 and will appear in court at a later date.
