Cranbrook residents can expect to see 2024 business licenses in their mail before Christmas.
License fees are $125 for the year if paid before the end of February, otherwise, they are $150.
A license is required for any operation of a business within city boundaries.
City staff said businesses that have inter-community business licenses with the City of Kimberley will be getting a separate renewal notice in the mail.
The inter-community business license fee is $75.
City staff said any changes to the business name, mailing address or location need to be reported to the city.
This includes if the business is closed and no longer operating.
