The Kimberley Dynamiters have gained sole possession of the top spot in the Eddie Mountain Division after two wins over the weekend.
The Nitros had a decisive 8-3 win over the Spokane Braves followed by a 4-1 win over the Creston Valley Thunder Cats.
The Dynamiters now have 38 points with a 19-7 record.
The Columbia Valley Rockies are still right behind with 36 points.
They split their weekend matchups, beating the North Okanagan Knights 4-3 in overtime but fell 4-1 to the Beaver Valley Nitehawks.
The Ghostriders are also close behind with 33 points but two games in hand.
They also had a pretty successful weekend, losing 3-2 in overtime to Creston and beating the Spokane Braves 5-2.
The Thunder Cats are still fourth in the division followed by the Golden Rockets.
Over in the BCHL, the Cranbrook Bucks split their back-to-back homestand against Prince George with a 3-2 loss on Friday and a 4-2 win on Saturday.
The Bucks are currently sixth in the Interior Division with a 12-14-1 record.
