Byram and Avalanche breaking NHL records

The Colorado Avalanche and Cranbrook’s Bowen Byram are off to a hot start this season and the team has broken an NHL record.

The Avalanche now hold the record for the longest road win streak in NHL History.

The record goes back to last season. The Avalanche haven’t lost a game away from home in 15 games.

It was a high-scoring game to get the record as the Avalanche beat the New York Islanders 7-4.

Byram scored a goal in the second period to tie the game 3-3.

The Avalanche are now 6-0 on the season, one of three teams still undefeated this season.

Byram now has a goal and an assist on the season in six games so far.
