BCHC announces prospects game

The British Columbia Hockey Conference will be having a prospects game in November.

The BCHC is made up of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League and the Pacific Junior Hockey League.

The game will let some of the top players from each league compete in front of scouts from the Western Hockey League and a number of post-secondary hockey programs.

“Last year’s BCHC Prospects Game proved to be extremely competitive and well received by coaches and scouts,” said KIJHL Commissioner Jeff Dubois.

“We’re very excited for the KIJHL and the Kamloops Storm to host this event in November and continue to make this a tremendous experience for the top young Junior A players in British Columbia.”

It will be held in Kamloops on Nov. 28. Rosters and coaching staff will be announced at a later date.
