Kimberley city council has approved a development permit for a 39-unit apartment building that will be located at the intersection of Rotary Drive and Jim Ogilvie Way.
The apartment complex will be three stories and have a mix of unit sizes on each level.
The plan is to have 18 one-bedroom units, nine 2-bedroom and twelve 3-bedroom units.
There will be on-site parking with 40 stalls.
The building will also be in close proximity to the Northstar Trail, Lion’s Way (Mark Creek) trails and the Volksmarch Trail.
