The BCHL has named Bucks president and owner Nathan Lieuwen the 2022-23 Executive of the Year award.
The Cranbrook Bucks have improved every year since joining the league.
In the inaugural pod season, the Bucks won three of their 20 games.
The next season, the team finished fifth in the Interior division with a 29-20-2-3 record.
This season the Bucks finished third in the BCHL and had a 27-20-6-1 record.
They have made the playoffs for two seasons straight.
