Highway 1 through Kicking Horse Canyon is back on the spring construction schedule for the remainder of the month before switching to their summer shift.
Crews will have Highway 1 closed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays until the end of May, with 30-minute stoppages between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
There is an alternate route using Highways 93S and 95 while the road is closed.
On June 1, crews will switch over to their summer schedule until Sept. 1.

There will be no daytime traffic interruptions, with half-hour stoppages in the evenings.
Overnight closures will continue except on Friday and Saturday nights.
There will also be no stops or closures through holiday long weekends.
