Highway 1 through the Kicking Horse Canyon will be fully reopening for the Family Day long weekend.
It will be fully reopened from noon on Feb. 17 until noon on Feb. 21.
There will be some brief interruptions to accommodate turning trucks and to move materials or equipment.
