Reopening of Marysville Falls walkway delayed

Inclement weather has pushed back the reopening of the newly upgraded Marysville Falls walkway.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was supposed to take place on Nov. 5.

There is no word on when the ceremony will take place now.

Work on the project started during the summer with the goal of upgrading the existing walkway and making it more wheelchair accessible.

The project cost approximately $340,000.
