Columbia Valley RCMP investigate stolen freight truck and other items

Police in the Columbia Valley are looking into a break-and-enter that was reported at an Invermere business.

RCMP officials said the call came in on Wednesday, Oct. 26th.

Police believe the suspects broke into the complex in the community’s industrial park and made off with a number of items, including a freight truck.

The vehicle was found abandoned nearby, but some of the stolen items were still missing.

Columbia Valley RCMP said officers identified the suspects involved in this and several other thefts that happened in the two days prior to this incident.
