Cranbrook player picked up by Colorado Avalanche

Bowen Byram isn’t the only current Colorado Avalanche player from Cranbrook anymore after the team picked up Dryden Hunt from the New York Rangers.

Hunt had been sent down to the minors on waivers by the Rangers and was snatched up by the Avalanche.

He had one goal in three games so far this season.

Last season he put up career highs in goals, assists, points and games played with a 6-11-17 stat line.

Hunt was also third on the Rangers for hits with 153.
