The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is closing King Street in Cranbrook to all crossing traffic from Aug. 17-19.
City of Cranbrook staff said alternate access will be available via Jimsmith Lake Road, 3rd Street North and 6th Street North.
Through traffic on Highway 3 won’t be affected and neither will traffic turning on 9th Street into downtown Cranbrook.
