Crews with the District of Elkford are getting ready to begin construction on the new bike jump park.
Crews have already begun removing chain link fencing in the soccer field adjacent to the municipal office.
City staff say construction is set to begin on Aug. 1.
Sections of the soccer field and Boivin Creek trail may be temporarily closed during construction.
