Police in the Columbia Valley are investigating thefts in Windermere and Fairmont Hot Springs.
On July 4, a resident on Sun Creek Road in Fairmont Hot Springs reported someone had taken some items from their property.
The stolen items include a red Lincoln MIG welder, a Husqvarna chainsaw, an air compressor and a Stihl cut-off saw.
On the same day, a Windermere resident called the police saying a green golf cart was stolen.
Police believe the golf cart was stolen sometime last week, as the owner didn’t report it right away because they thought someone had borrowed it.
