Fernie’s Annex Park to close for construction next week

Fernie’s Annex Park and the associated trail network will be closed while construction work is going on, starting on Monday.

City officials said the closure is meant to give crews space to work on the Annex Dike Improvement project.

Staff notes that the contractor plans on reopening sections of the park as the project progresses.

Residents are asked to be mindful of marked areas and give crews the space they need to work safely.
