Kimberley Search and Rescue was able to find a missing woman by Lussier River thanks to her preparedness.
Search and rescue officials say they received a call on Sunday from the woman’s family saying she was gone longer than expected.
Crews were able to locate her quickly because she had left a trip plan and stayed with her vehicle after it ran out of gas.
