Maintenance work on Boivin Bridge in Elkford will have Highway 43 closed for a month, starting next Monday.
Mainroad East Kootenay officials said the road will be closed to all traffic from May 30th to June 30th.
A detour will be available through Alpine Way, Fording Drive and Michel Road.
Drivers are asked to use caution in the area and obey posted signs.
