Kimberley Chamber Appoints New General Manager

The Kimberley and District Chamber of Commerce has a new General Manager following the appointment by its Board of Directors.

Daniel Holden is assuming the position, calling Kimberley home the last two years after 15 years of managing experience in Sydney, Australia. The Chamber of Commerce said Holden specializes in strategic management, project management, and stakeholder engagement after his experience in Australia in human resources, business development, and as a general manager.

Holden has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resources.

“The Board is excited to have Daniel join the Chamber team, and we’re confident in his abilities to take the Chamber and its membership to the next level,” said Brian Sondergaard, President of the Kimberley and District Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

“Kimberley is proving itself to have a thriving business community,” said Holden. “I look forward to working amongst that community to support and strengthen the vibrant commerce we have in town and the surrounding district.”

The Kimberley and District Chamber of Commerce believes Holden’s passion to support business improvement and growth, along with his family ties to Kimberley, made him a clear choice to lead the Chamber moving forward.
