Mainroad East Kootenay is anticipating the snow to impact the East Kootenay’s this week.
10 cm are expected in the Yahk/Kimberley area.
15 cm for the Elk Valley and 5 cm for the Columbia Valley.
Mainroad officials said they will be updating the Weather Advisory throughout the weather event.
They will be patrolling and pre-treating Service Area highways.
