Columbia Valley Transit Service Shutdown Monday

The Columbia Valley Transit Service is not in operation on Monday due to an “unforeseen mechanical issue” with the transit bus.

The service also wasn’t provided on Friday, September 20, 2019, due to the same mechanical issues.

BC Transit said they are working on the necessary repairs as quickly as possible, but that the service will not be running on Monday.

The shut down does not impact the Health Connections Bus, which is running on its regular schedule.

It’s anticipated that the Columbia Valley Transit Service will be fully operational again as of Tuesday, September 24, 2019.
