BC Wildfire Service is on scene at a small wildfire in the Matthew Creek area west of Kimberley.
Kimberley Fire Department officials said the fire is approximately 0.6 hectares in size and they believe it was caused by lightning.
The City of Kimberley will continue to update the public as information becomes available.
