The City of Cranbrook has new online registration software, PerfectMind, which hopes to ease the process of signing up for recreation programs and classes.
Launching on Thursday, August 15, 2019, the software will be available to the public to time up with the release of the 2019 fall program guide.
“This new user-friendly online portal looks to improve overall customer service by allowing residents to easily search, register and pay for a variety of recreation programming offered by the City, on any device at any time of day,” said the City of Cranbrook. “With a robust search function, you can search for an activity by keyword, age, day or time and view class availability and book online.”
The City of Cranbrook said you can also track swimming lesson history for all family members with a personalized account, allowing the public to print off receipts when needed.
“Credit card information is saved in the encrypted and secure system for easy and fast transactions,” added the City of Cranbrook.
Available to all residents on Thursday, the public can create their account with PerfectMind at www.westernfinancialplace.ca by clicking on “Log In” and then clicking on “Create An Account”.
